In-Room Preferences
A few weeks before you check in, butler services will ask for your in-room preferences so that your room can be fully stocked and supplied to your exact specifications. Choose options like your preferred pillow type, choice of soft drinks and liquors to stock your room’s mini-fridge, and must-do excursions—no detail is left unnoticed.
  
Private Arrival
While all Sandals guests enjoy bus transfers from the airport, Butler Elite guests receive VIP status transfers to the resort in private transportation, such as a Rolls-Royce, BMW, or even a boat (for guests at Sandals Saint Vincent). Transportation options vary by resort, so it’s important to work with a Certified Sandals Specialist to book your vacation for your desired preferences. Once you arrive at the resort, your butler will greet you with champagne or a cocktail and some light refreshments. You’ll check in right at your suite, and your butler will give you a private resort orientation. They’ll also unpack your luggage, shine your shoes, and press your clothes for the first night’s dinner.

During the check-in process, you’ll receive a private cell phone that allows you to call your butler directly from anywhere at the resort. Whether you’d like a Mai Tai brought to the beach or want to reserve that night’s dinner reservation, your butler is just a phone call away to get you what you need. You can order dinner from any on-site restaurant and have it delivered privately to your suite, where you can enjoy it on your veranda while watching the sunset. We recommend having breakfast delivered to your suite so you can sleep in without worrying about getting ready to go out to eat in the morning.
