Even though we book your reservations right when your reservation window opens, popular hotels, restaurants, and experiences may be booked already. The more flexibility you have in the date, time, and experience you book, the more likely you will get one of your preferences. If the reservation you desire isn’t available initially, don’t worry. As your vacation gets closer, we'll keep checking to see if reservations become available. Sometimes, we're able to grab that last-minute magical reservation for you!

Do: Set Expectations and Ask Questions ​

One of the most vital things you can do when working with your travel agent is to set expectations about the planning process. Ask your travel agent questions about how communication will be handled, when your booking window opens, and any other questions you have. It’s best to book your vacation right when bookings open, which can be up to two years in advance for some destinations. (Thinking more in the short term? That’s fine, too! We’re pros at making your last-minute trip’s special details feel like they’ve been carefully curated for months.) Make sure you follow us for news about when booking windows open your favorite destinations like Disney, Universal, Sandals, Beaches, and cruise lines like Royal Caribbean, Disney Cruise Line, and Virgin Voyages. We’ll also monitor discounts and deals after you book, so if a new discount applies to your trip, we’ll add it to your booking.
