Who We're Looking For:
This job isn't for everyone. It takes a very specific type of person to succeed and thrive in this business. Ideal candidates are:
- Confident communicators with strong organizational and sales skills
- Connected in their communities and social circle and already have an idea of their market
- Self-starters who are excited about learning and growth
- Travelers with relevant firsthand experience in the destinations or products they want to specialize in
- Individuals who are enthusiastic about premium travel and delivering exceptional service
- Patient people who understand that commissions are paid after clients travel. This means that you could conceivably be working for clients for 6-12 months before being paid for their travel. This isn't a great fit for those looking to start making money right now. This career is a slow burn starting out, but can become a very worthwhile one.
Compensation & Perks:
- Competitive Commission Split: 65%–90% based on your sales volume
- Bi-Monthly Commission Direct Deposit: Get paid quickly after your clients travel
- CLIA Cards available for qualifying agents
- No MLM. No downlines. JAMT is proudly not an MLM. There's no recruiting, no downlines.
